Coffee Roasting is a delicate process of adding heat to coffee beans, to bring out thier inherent flavor to the greatest extent.

Fully understand the characters of coffee beans based on our researches and experiences. This is the most important step before initiating any roasting process
Make decisions on roasting time, temperature,
initial/maximum heat level and timing.
Monitor and record the ROR every 30 second, and pay attention to Mailliard reaction and caramelization.
Control heat level depending on the characters of coffee beans in order to
control the temperature level from the 1st crack to drop(DTR) as planned.
This is an important factor in creating the taste that we want.
The final review and any additional modification necessary are
made through cupping by our own roasters and baristas.
This assures stability and consistency in taste.
